Update Subscription

Learn how to switch between Scout’s plans or update your billing details through the app.

Step 1: Go to Billing

  • In the left-side navigation, click the purple button Billing.
  • You’ll see your current plan status and billing details.

Step 2: View Available Plans

  • A page with all available plans will appear.
  • To upgrade from Free to Scout Writing, click “Try Free for 3 Days”.
      • Scout offers a free trial of 3 days the first time you upgrade.

 

👉 To upgrade to Enterprise, please contact us for a tailored solution.

Step 3: Stripe Checkout

  • You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
    • First, Stripe offers Link as a payment method.
    • You can confirm its you and continue, or you can click on “Pay without Link” below.

 

  • If you pay without Link:
    • Enter your preferred payment method.
    • Check the box to agree with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
    • Click Start Trial to confirm your subscription.

Step 4: Confirm Your Subscription

  • Once you return to the Billing page, your plan status will be updated.
  • Your subscription is billed monthly.

 

Note: if you cancel before the end of the cycle, your plan and all features will remain active until the current billing period ends.
